What to Include in Your Email

• The name of the application.
• Your in-app username, nickname or user ID.
• The platform you play on (Android or iOS).
• A short note stating that you want your account deleted.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• In-app progress, scores, levels and achievements.
• Leaderboard and ranking entries linked to your account.
• Support messages that are no longer required.

What We May Keep

A limited amount of data may be retained where the law requires it – for example purchase and invoice records for tax and accounting purposes, or records needed to prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is stored securely, kept only for the required period and is not used to identify you inside the application.

Please Note

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Purchases, in-app currency and progress cannot be restored or refunded afterwards.
• Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account – you need to send a request.
• Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store must be managed via the relevant store.
